Well, I sort of know the answer I think, but it is difficult to truly fathom the complexities of the nerd mind.

Great strip. It raises the difficult question: does our nerdy hero let the cat out of the bag on the Secret Enemies List merely because of a lack of tact, derived from his social status as a nerd, or is he intentionally being a pain in the butt, our of disrespect for Grandpa's pathetic schemes?

Considering his previous, sucessful forays into snark, I choose the latter option.

Love the new strip size and site layout. Keep it, the art gets better, just like Jarrett oh-so-wisely pointed out. If you do declare war on other comic sites, I will be first to volunteer. Unless I was sleeping at the time. In which case I will be the first to let out a snore.

whewwww...OK...I made it. I was looking all over for you guys.

LOVIN' this strip size. WHY? It forces you, US, to tighten our writing and really think about the art. I just want to take Adam and give him kisses and huggies.

What would Adam do if I attempted that?

Nice work, man. I like this smaller format too. Still looks excellent, still funny and probably saves a lot of time (?) The city skyline on the bottom is a great touch on the new site layout.

Hey guys, thanks for the feedback.

Also, I'd like to apologize in advance if I don't respond to anyone's feedback today, but I'm kinda swamped at work.

See you all tomorrow (hopefully)

I meant it as a compliment. Most comic strips involve the use of a "set-up". Often times, for the sake of clarity, the set-up is done in such a way that "a blind man could follow the tracks" to the joke. Even though you can clearly see that you are being set up from the beginning with this strip, the dialog is completely unexpected (at least in my mind). With every utterance, I would have expected something completely different to come next. This is exactly what I want in a strip.
To continue with the writing, I think reverting to the standard size strip helped with this gag. It is very precisely written and I think the larger format would have drawn it out too much. Timing is everything in humor, and this is timed perfectly.
