My Earlier Estimate was Optimistic

Today’s strip is a Lost in Thought story continued from last week.   I know I said I’d post a new comic today, but apparently I lied.  It happens I guess.

If you’re gonna lie, at least have a monkey-comic to back you up.

  2. Ethan Again Says:

I love fractal… and Adam’s line in the first panel is great!

  3. worth Says:

Yes, nothing is funnier than a monkey with a stick–unless you’re at the wrong end of it.

For those of us just arriving here at the Hipness Theatre, was ‘Lost in Thought’ your initial comic series? Is JP&TM a reset of LiT? I read an earlier comment that said it was on GoComics and It sounded like they want a little bit of comic soul with their breakfast.

  5. jim (JP&TM creator) Says:

Lost in thought was the previous iteration of my comic concept. I’ve had maybe four or five different steps in the evolution process to get to JP&TM.

I’ve never been on Gocomics, but I was on sherpa for a little while with LiT before I burned out with it. (it wasn’t quite there yet.)

Welcome to Jetpacks and Time Machines

The mildly sci-fi comic about a slightly off cyborg boy named Adam, and his dangerously nerdy friend Fred. Updates on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
