@Jan: Thanks Jan, I'm trying to ease back into, and keep, a regular update schedule again, so we'll see how it goes.

Clip art for expletives. Very clever.

@Doug: "Adam, let go the damn rope!" -- I hope not! That would pretty much end my storyline right there, with things only just beginning to get out of control...

Adam, let go the damn rope! Or not. Very funny last panel. And I doubt you can ever really over-render a sandcastle - those buggers take a lot of work, even in real life!
Oh, and welcome back, Jim. It's a breath of fresh pixels to see your work back online.

@Kevin: Negative. I think zuda had a decent idea in their size format, but other than that, I'm not keen on Zuda I don't think. I'm actually not planning on always sticking to any one format. Instead my goal is to stay within the comic book page proportions, and divide it as needed. For example, my earlier strips in this story line were all in 1/3 page sizes, then this is the 1/2 page size, and eventually we might even see some full page sized strips.

@mischo: Thanks!

@me: I considered the tech toys for sandcastles, but I felt like hardcore competition types might want to kick it old school.

'Bout friggin' ti--er, welcome back, Jim! I like the texture on the sand castle. The symbols in the expletives are pretty funny. The syringe and bird and a nice touch.

Aren't there sand castle making tech toys in the future?

It's great to finally see some new JP&TM. I think you have achieved your goal. With this size/format, are you thinking of submitting to Zuda?
